I think that Steve is innocent because hes not the one that pulled the trigger. But he did also go and help with the robbery. So he can be guilt in that section but in other words I don't think that its that bad for the death penalty. I think that Steve might be better off going to jail for a few more years and see how that goes. So untill found out that he pulled the trigger I don;t think that Steve is guilty.
